1	Kiểm tra lại storage server có card hỏng (dbavietadmcel05)  # hostname # ifconfig -a # dmidecode -s system-serial-number  #sqlplus /  as asmdba SQL> select dg.name,a.value from v$asm_diskgroup dg, v$asm_attribute a where dg.group_number=a.group_number and a.name='disk_repair_time'; Kiểm tra trạng thái các griddisk có asmdeactivationoutcome='Yes'  #cellcli -e list griddisk attributes name,status,asmmodestatus,asmdeactivationoutcome Bật đèn vàng nháy báo vị trí server:  # ipmitool sunoem cli ‘set /SYS/LOCATE value=Fast_Blink’	5’	DBAVIET	DBAVIET
2	Tắt server goldhnadmcel05  Chuyển tất cả griddisk trên goldcel05 về inactive cellcli -e alter griddisk all inactive cellcli -e list griddisk attributes name,status,asmmodestatus,asmdeactivationoutcome  shutdown -hP now	15’	DBAVIET	DBAVIET
3	Tháo card F80 trên slot 4 server dbavietadmcel05	30’	DBAVIET	DBAVIET
4	Lắp card F80 mới vào slot 4 server dbavietadmcel05	15’	DBAVIET	DBAVIET
5	Bật server goldhnadmcel05	10’	DBAVIET	DBAVIET
6	Active cac griddisk và kiểm tra trạng thái flashcard   #sqlplus /  as asmdba SQL> alter griddisk all active Kiểm tra trạng thái các griddisk có asmdeactivationoutcome='Yes'  #cellcli -e list griddisk attributes name,status,asmmodestatus,asmdeactivationoutcome Kiểm tra trạng thái flashlog  #cellcli -e  list flashlog Kiểm tra trạng thái flashcache	20’	DBAVIET	DBAVIET
7	Các bước khôi phục:  + Lắp trả card flash F80 cũ nếu đã thay thế + Kiểm tra đèn trên card và server báo OK  + Kiểm tra trạng thái các griddisk đã được active: list griddisk attributes name,status,asmmodestatus,asmdeactivationoutcome + Active lại các griddisk nếu cần: alter griddisk all active  list griddisk attributes name,status,asmmodestatus,asmdeactivationoutcome  + Kiểm tra trạng thái flashlog list flashlog + Kiểm tra trạng thái flashcache list flashcache	45’	DBAVIET	DBAVIET
